common terpenes:       eucalyptol (eucalyptus), limonene (citrus), linalool (lavender),myrcene, pinene (pine trees) and beta-caryophyllene (black pepper) known to aid in       relaxation, stress release, focus and sharpness   

Flavonoids  (colour  & aroma)

responsible for:  blue, green, or purple colour of the pant   adds fragrance   and flavour  can alter       cultivar effect on a person,  appears in   small amounts in the plant
